Eileen Carey's PR guy would really, really like you go to see her this weekend

I get a whole lot of emails from PR people, record labels, readers to this site, and sometimes even the artists themselves saying please, please, please post about this band or this singer (or me) because they're the most awesomest thing since sliced bread.  If I have time and I like them, then I'll post, but more often than not the artists fall by the wayside.  It's not that I don't care, it's just that there are not near enough hours in the day, especially lately.  For the most part I'll get one email and occasionally a second, but that's it.  That's sort of how the blogger/promoter relationship works.  You ask me once or twice and I'll do it if I can, if not - well the world keeps turning.
Now let me introduce you to Eileen Carey and her very persistent publicity man Doug.  When I say persistent that's sort of an understatement.  Let's just say he really, really, REALLY would like you to go to see Eileen this weekend in Nashville at the Indiegrrl Women In the Arts Conference.  Okay, that doesn't quite express how much he wants you to go - he really, really passionately wants you to go see Eileen.  My hope is that Doug is getting paid extra well because he goes that extra mile.  Ha ha.
But no worries, I like passionate people which is why I made sure I posted about Eileen despite the fact that any other time (and with a less passionate publicist who played by the normal blogger/promoter rules) she probably would have been one of those artists who went by the wayside.
So here's the information about Eileen's upcoming show.  If you're in Nashville this weekend please go to the show and tell Eileen hi for me and tell her Doug deserves a bonus.
